New Client Waiver

Online booking and Credit Card is required upon booking for all clients. Your card will not be charged until after your service. If you are a returning client online booking is highly encouraged; if you cannot find the time or date that you want you can text 949.216.0918 and I will do my best to accommodate you. 

Girls of 18 years of age can get a full brazilian sugaring without parental consent. 17 and under may only get bikini line with parent/guardian consent. 

 Sweet P Sugar Studio understands that schedules change and therefore we request at least 24 hours to cancel your appointment or reschedule. Late cancellations will result in a Cancellation Fee of 50% of the original service price. Credit Card is required for all appointments, it will not be charged until after the service is done. No Shows will be charged 50% of the original service price. Please call or text to let us know if you cannot make it! 

Specials and Offers such as Friends & Family discounts, Yelp/Google review Offers are not to be combined. You can use 1 Offer per visit. 

As per the landlords, there is a NO CHILDREN and NO PETS POLICY in the office we are located in. There are other professionals working out of this office, and no children/pets policy is strictly enforced.Thank you for understanding!

New clients are required to fill out some light paperwork before their treatment, we suggest arriving 5-10 minutes early. Any medications, allergies, cold sores, and/or sickness MUST be disclosed to prevent any harm to the Esthetician and yourself.

Pre- Treatment:

• Hair must be at least 1/8 - 1/4 inch long.
• Client must not be taking Accutane for a minimum of 60 days.
• Client must not be taking a strong antibiotic, using Retin-A, any chemical peels for a minimum of 15 days.
• Client should come in with clean skin, no oils or lotions on the skin.
• Anyone with a fungal or bacterial infection shall not be treated. These are highly contagious conditions. 
• If you shaved make  sure you have two weeks of hair growth. If you waxed make sure to have at least 3 weeks of hair growth.

Post- Treatment:

• After sugaring client should allow the skin to rest for at least 48 hours. 
• No submersion in water, i.e: hot tubs, swimming pools, lakes, beach. Showers are okay.
• No sweating, no exercising, for at least 48 hours. Sweat harbors bacteria. Excess heat can cause itchiness and hives.
• No sun exposure for 24 hours
• No sexual activities for at least 24 hours.
